This Privacy Policy explains how Sprrrint (https://sprrrint.com) collects, uses and protects your personal information. Sprrrint is operated by Kree8 Studios L.L.C-FZ, a limited liability company licensed in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (licence no. 2647942.01), with its registered address at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Sprrrint”, “we”, “us”). By using Sprrrint, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information we collect

a. Information you give us

  • Account details: your email address, plus any display name, username, avatar and profile links you choose to add.
  • Purchases: the plans, templates, ebooks and credit packs you buy, with order amounts and dates. Card and other payment details are entered on Whop’s checkout and are never received or stored by us.
  • Creator details: the designs, thumbnails, titles, descriptions and prices you post, and the payout details you provide to receive your earnings, such as a UPI ID or bank account.
  • Messages: anything you send us through the contact form, the feedback form or by email, and the email address you add to our mailing list.

    • b. Information collected automatically

  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type and device details, recorded in server and security logs by our hosting and database providers.
  • Activity needed to run the service, such as the assets you save, copy, download or unlock.

    • 2. How we use your information

  • To create your account and sign you in with one-time email codes.
  • To process purchases, give you access to plans, templates and credits, and handle refunds and chargebacks.
  • To host and sell creator designs, credit creator earnings and send payouts.
  • To answer support requests, feedback and takedown notices.
  • To send essential service emails, such as sign-in codes and purchase confirmations.
  • To send product news if you join our mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To keep Sprrrint secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal obligations.

    • We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

    3. Service providers

    We share personal information only with the providers that help us run Sprrrint, and only as far as they need it to provide their services to us:

  • Whop: payments, checkout, creator payouts and identity verification.
  • Supabase: database, authentication and file storage.
  • Resend: sign-in codes and transactional email.
  • Vercel: website hosting.
  • LemonSqueezy: payments for purchases made before September 2026 only.

    • Whop handles payment and identity verification details under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information when required by law, a court order or a competent authority, or where needed to protect our rights, our users or the public.

    4. International transfers

    Our providers may store and process data outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the United States and the European Union. We only use providers that apply appropriate safeguards to protect personal information.

    5. Cookies and local storage

    Sprrrint uses only essential browser storage to keep you signed in and maintain your session. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Checkout pages hosted by Whop are covered by Whop’s own cookie practices.

    6. Data retention

    We keep account and profile data while your account is active. Purchase, credit and payout records are kept as long as needed to provide access and to meet tax, accounting and legal requirements. Support messages are kept as long as needed to resolve your request. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; some records may be kept where the law requires it.

    7. Security

    We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls and row-level security on our database. Sign-in uses one-time email codes, so there is no password to steal, but anyone who can read your email can sign in as you, so keep your email account secure. No online service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

    8. Your rights

    Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email help@sprrrint.com from the address linked to your account. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.

    9. Children

    Sprrrint is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it.

    10. Changes to this policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its revision date, and we will tell you about significant changes by email or on the site.
